When I retired in 2013, after a rewarding and challenging 37-year career with Global Affairs Canada, I was shocked to realize that I didn't know what to do with myself - or with the rest of my life!
A Hatha Yoga Teacher course at a neighbourhood studio got me back on track. I then enrolled in the Life Coaching Certification Course through the Centre for Applied Neuroscience (CAN). The CAN coaching philosophy combines principles of neuroscience and psychology along with those of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. It is an awareness-based coaching approach that enables people to understand their own brain, thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and relationships in order to create the life they want.
I've experienced first hand how empowering it can be to take responsibility for my own life. I can help you discover a new direction towards the life that you've always wanted, by rediscovering ways to maximize happiness and well-being.
Redefine a sense of purpose and feel energized and engaged in life - at any age.
