Liz’s coaching infuses meditation, neuroscience, movement and expressive arts inviting deeper connection to the mind-body-spirit. Liz leads clients through a journey of self-care and self-actualization, bringing higher levels of well-being and happiness.
Usually every 3rd Wednesday of the Month, The Centre For Applied Neuroscience hosts Evenings With Coaches (this particular one needed to be moved to Monday, May 26th). These evenings are facilitated by graduates of the NeuroPsychoidiology Life Coaching Program. The facilitators will be sharing their passion and attempting to inspire questioning, exploration and/or action. We hope you can join us as we attempt to further our knowledge of our brains and ourselves.
